The Kingdom Companies offers a range of free resources, both online and in-person, to all employees, with some resources also available to their families.
This commitment means reaching beyond ourselves and our profits to care for our neighbors, whether they are working next to us or in a community nearby. We recognize that before we can effectively reach into our communities, we must ensure our employees are properly supported.
To do this, we offer a range of free resources, both online and in-person, to all employees, with some resources also available to their families. These resources are designed to support and guide our team members as they pursue emotionally, financially, and spiritually healthy lives.
The Cares Team
Each branch of a Kingdom Companies Group member company has:
STRENGTHENING SPIRITUAL AWARENESS
Encouraging a sense of community and spiritual growth within their branch.
IDENTIFYING NEEDS
Intentionally examining where there may be needs within their branch and addressing them effectively.
PROMOTING AWARENESS
Raising awareness and encouraging involvement in the CARES benefits available to their team members.
A mark of maturity for a CARES team is when needs are being made known through the branch community to such an extent that the CARES team can prescribe a specific benefit to meet a specific need. Community is an essential element for effectively assessing needs and providing the right support.
Employee Care
Many employee care resources, both online and in-person, are available to all employees, including some resources available to members of their families. These include but are not limited to:
- Marriage and family retreats
- Workplace chaplain visits
- Mental health counseling
- Financial health support

Community Care
Caring for others extends well beyond monetary relief. We empower employees to serve with their unique talents and resources, their time, and alongside their loved ones. By utilizing the Community Cares Grant program, employees have the opportunity to make grants to charitable organizations serving the poor in their communities.
Employees can further their community impact using Co.Tribute. Through Co.Tribute, each employee receives a monthly contribution to direct to a local charity of their choice. Additionally, the companies offer matching programs for personal donations as well as volunteer hours. These combined opportunities have been embraced by over 1,000 team members, enabling them to provide meaningful support to local organizations serving their communities.
